Last week I told you I was in Saudi Arabia to conduct a FIFA Futsal Course. I discovered that, like in most other Arabic countries, everything is available for connecting to the international Futsal. The biggest problem to achieve this still is: believing in, suppport and setting up a good structure.
There are two countries in Asia/Mid East who did this very well; Iran and Japan and therefore they are the dominating countries. Of course more countries have to follow to raise the level. For me it was a pleausure to see the participants enjoying the course and discover the possibilities Futsal can offer them.
Now I’m leaving to Sweden to implement the UEFA Futsal B course in their education program. This will happen during a five nation tournament where the five Nordic countries (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Greenland) will play so that I can reach all five of them. I will share my experiences next week with you.
